HOW TO ORDER ,
We have no minimum order value. Browse the catalogue. Select items you wish to purchase and put them in your basket . You can change or cancel your order at this time. When complete, proceed to checkout where you will be asked to provide the information required to process your order. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for dispatch. Please note prices shown are subject to VAT. This will be added to all orders within UK . EU orders will also have VAT added at the current rate of 17.5%. Orders outside UK & EU will not be charged VAT, but may be subject to local tax and import duties.
We accept payment by Visa ,Mastercard , Maestro and UK Debit cards. You may also order by mail.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Title of all goods remain with Clockspares until full and complete payment has been made. We accept no liability nor will will we be accountable for any risk, injury or damage to persons or property howsoever caused. Goods are sold on the clear understanding that they may need to be fitted or adapted to suit and that this work may need to be carried out by a competent clockmaker. The purchaser is to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the goods purchased. We will only accept goods returned for credit or exchange within 7 days and in originial condition stating invoice number, if goods were correctly supplied or returned after this period a handling charge of 15 % will be made.we do not refund postage on items unless they are faulty.
All goods and services supplied by us are guaranteed and goods will be replaced or repaired by us as seen fit. In the event of any problem, please contact us prior to returning .
DAMAGE AND LOSS
Whilst every care is taken in packing goods for delivery we are not able to accept any liability for any glass items broken in transit , including therometers and clock glass . In the event of damaged goods please retain all packaging and notifiy us within 5 working days .
